Fragrance notes: prosperity
Live long and prosper! The Yuletide tradition of burning bayberry candles between Christmas and New Year’s originated in colonial America when it was discovered that the waxy coating on the berries from the bayberry shrub could be used to make candles. New England folklore promises wealth and prosperity to those who honor the tradition. Legend says "a bayberry scented candle burned to the socket brings luck to the home and gold to the pocket." Infused with natural essential oils, this nostalgic holiday blend of vibrant evergreen shrubbery with just a hint of spice will make you feel festive and set the stage for a prosperous New Year.

I ordered bayberry wax melts on sale and am KICKING myself for not trying this scent sooner!!! IT. IS. INCREDIBLE!!!! Rich, comforting, earthy, Bayberry is now a new FAVORITE!!!
Happy New Year. This delightful candle rang in the New Year with me. Full of hope for the coming year. It has a lovely not overpowering scent and burns cleanly. This was my first order from you, but will not be my last.
My boyfriend and I were both very pleasantly surprised at how good this smells! We burn bayberry candles around the holidays as a tradition, and these have a sweeter smell than many of the ones we've tried. We will definitely be getting one every year now if they stay available! (As an added bonus, for witchy folk, these seem to work better for spell work than others we've tried, too.)
This fragrance reminds me of my grandma’s house during Christmas when I was a kid. Something woodsy and sweet about it.
Bayberry is so traditional and heavily symbolic, and I love burning these at Yuletide. It's hard to find good quality bayberry candles, and I'm really hoping these stay around past the winter season, because the smell is so subtle and lovely. I only wish these came in bigger sizes (but I wish that of all the candles). This is the perfect smell for the holidays if you don't like scents that are really heavy-handed and hyper-fragrant. This has a more simple vibe (which bayberry generally is anyway).
