Frequently Asked Questions

Order processing & shipping
► Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 business days.
► All shipments include a tracking # and will be given to you upon shipment. To track your shipped order, visit the order history section within your customer account. You should have also received an email with this information when your order was shipped.

Problems with your order?
► All orders are offered low cost shipping insurance. It is encouraged that you purchase this to cover your package in case of loss or damage in transit.
► If you suspect your package is lost please allow an additional 7 days beyond the estimated delivery date in case your package was delayed before contacting me. If your package has been lost in the mail I will work to find a solution which includes the possibility of replacing the order.
► If your shipment arrives damaged please contact me with a photo of the damage. 
► If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact me right away and together we will work on a resolution which may include replacement or refund.
► Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days for products that are unused and in the same condition that you received them. Once products are returned they will be inspected and if received in acceptable condition a refund will be applied.

International customers
► This shop is not responsible for any customs/duty charges.
► Tracking #s frequently don't work outside of the United States so once it leaves the country I am no longer able to track it. If your package has not arrived within 6 weeks I will send a replacement but you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping fees.
► All international sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
► Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout for international orders and is based on the weight of the order. Feel free to contact me to verify shipping charges are being quoted correctly. Occasionally, the true shipping costs are less than what is quoted at checkout and I will refund the difference.

Gift wrapping and packaging
► All candles come gift wrapped and are ready for gift-giving. Gift packaging includes tissue paper and gift box sealed with a sticker that includes the scent name.
► Packing slips are included with all orders, but no worries if this is a gift, they do not include prices.
► You can leave a gift message at checkout and it will print directly on the packing slip.
