Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 business days. It can take longer if you order during a sale or a time of higher order volume.
- All shipments include a tracking #. To track your shipped order, visit the order history section within your customer account. You should have also received an email with this information when your order was shipped.
Order Problems
- All orders are offered shipping insurance. It is encouraged that you purchase this to cover your package in case of loss or damage in transit.
- If you suspect your package is lost please allow an additional 7 days beyond the estimated delivery date in case your package was delayed before contacting me. If your package has been lost in the mail I will work to find a solution which includes the possibility of replacing the order.
- If your shipment arrives damaged please contact me with a photo of the damage.
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact me right away and together we will work on a resolution which may include replacement or refund.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days for products that are unused and in the same condition that you received them. Once products are returned they will be inspected and if received in acceptable condition a refund will be applied.

International Customers
- This shop is not responsible for any customs/duty charges.
- If your package has not arrived within 6 weeks I will send a replacement but you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping fees.
- All international sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
- Postage fees are automatically calculated at checkout for and is based on the weight of the order. Feel free to contact me to verify the postage is quoted correctly.
Gift Wrapping and Packaging
- All candles come gift-wrapped and are ready for gift-giving. Gift packaging includes tissue paper and a gift box sealed with a sticker indicating the scent.
- You can leave a gift message at checkout that will print directly on the packing slip.
