I’m thrilled that you are interested in carrying Old Soul Artisan products in your store! My name is Harmony Todd and I am the owner of Old Soul Artisan. Our candles help book lovers intrigued by the darker side of literature nourish their imaginations by transporting them into the realm of fairytales, folklore, and the dark psyche.

All candles are hand labeled with high-quality labels that have a look and feel of a leather-bound book. The labels include a brief scent description as well information about the collection the scent fits into. Each candle includes a wax seal on the lid. All materials are sourced from ethical suppliers in the USA and are vegan and cruelty-free.

Prepayment by credit card or company check (with a 10-day delay) is required for new accounts. After you submit a purchase order you will receive a PayPal or Stripe invoice within 2 business days via email.
We are currently waiving the $140 minimum on opening orders. There are no re-order minimums for established retailer partners.
Most products are sold in case packs with minimum of 3 per scent/size.
Lead Time & Shipping:
Most orders ship insured within 1-2 weeks from our workshop in Trenton, NJ to addresses throughout the United States. Very large orders may take more time. You will receive an estimated shipping date with your invoice.
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and distance and will be added to your invoice. Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS based on best shipping rates. If you want to charge shipping costs to your UPS or FedEx account please let us know at time of order.
Current Shipping Promotions:
These candles do not come with any additional packaging. If you want to display the candles in their retail boxes we will gladly package the candles for you as we do for our retail customers. Since the boxes are sealed with a sticker, we ask that you purchase un-boxed tester candles for display. Contact me at email@example.com to discuss this further.
Old Soul Artisan does not accept returns on wholesale orders. However, we do stand behind our quality and defective products may be returned at our expense within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us for return approval before shipping products back.
If any portion of your order was damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a list of the damaged candles and pictures. Please keep the original packaging with the damage as it may be required for filing a claim with the shipping service. Let us know if you prefer a refund or an exchange for the damaged products.

If you would like to sample the products before placing an order you may do so by purchasing the samples here. The $25 (shipping included) package contains (1) 4oz candle (we'll choose a scent from among our best sellers) and 16 tea light samples from our scent line up.
Samples of new scents are available at no charge to current stockists by request.
Old Soul Artisan...
… does not do consignment.
… is the sole distributor of our products on websites like Amazon and eBay.
… must be notified if you want to sell our products online. We reserve the right to decline.
… is open to discussing a drop shipping arrangement, but not at wholesale pricing.
... has the right to refuse any order at any time, especially if we don't feel that your store is a right fit for our products.
… will not accept orders from stores within close proximity to each other in order to preserve the territorial integrity of our current retail partners who routinely order from us. We accept new stores within the same zip code as another retail partner on a case by case basis. You can view a list of our current stockists here.
