Wholesale Policy Overview
The Products:
We currently offer the 4oz and 9oz candles for wholesale. From mixing ingredients to pouring and labeling, everything is done the old-fashioned way, by hand! These handcrafted candles are made in small batches with clean burning eco-friendly soy wax. They are made with phthalate-free essential oil and perfume oil blends and contain braided cotton wicks.
    • The 4oz candles weigh about 7.5 ounces each and are poured into classic round jars that are approximately 2.5" in diameter and 2.75" tall. These candles wholesale for $8 each with a suggested retail of $17. The burn time of the 4oz candles is aprox. 25-30 hours.
    • The 9oz candles weigh about 1 LB each and are poured into unique oval hexagonal jars that are approximately 3" in diameter and 4" tall. These candles wholesale for $13 each with a suggested retail of $27. The burn time of the 9oz candles is aprox. 55-60 hours.

All candles are hand labeled with high-quality labels that have a look and feel of a leather-bound book. The labels include a brief scent description as well information about the collection the scent fits into. Each candle includes a wax seal on the lid. All materials are sourced from ethical suppliers in the USA and are vegan and cruelty-free.

Payment:

After you submit a purchase order you will receive an invoice within 2 business days via email. Payment by credit card is required prior to order shipment.  

Order Minimum:

There is a $150 minimum for all orders.

Most products are sold in case packs with minimum of 4 per scent/size. 

Lead Time & Shipping:

Most orders ship insured within 2 weeks (up to 3-4 weeks for larger orders) from our workshop in Trenton, NJ to addresses throughout the United States. You will receive an estimated shipping date with your invoice.

There is a flat rate $15 shipping charge for orders up to $499. Free shipping is offered for orders over $500. Additional charges apply for international orders.

    Packaging:

    These candles do not come with any additional packaging. If you want to display the candles in their retail boxes we will gladly package the candles for you as we do for our retail customers. Since the boxes are sealed with a sticker, we ask that you purchase un-boxed tester candles for display. Contact me at wholesale@oldsoulartisan.com to discuss this further.

    Return Policy:

    Old Soul Artisan does not accept returns on wholesale orders. However, we do stand behind our quality and defective products may be returned at our expense within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us for return approval before shipping products back.

    If any portion of your order was damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a list of the damaged candles and pictures. Please keep the original packaging with the damage as it may be required for filing a claim with the shipping service. Let us know if you prefer a refund or an exchange for the damaged products.

    Old Soul Artisan...

    … does not do consignment.
    … is the sole distributor of our products on websites like Amazon and eBay.
    … must be notified if you want to sell our products online. We reserve the right to decline.
    … is open to discussing a drop shipping arrangement, but not at wholesale pricing.
    ... has the right to refuse any order at any time, especially if we don't feel that your store is a right fit for our products.
    … reserves the right to decline orders from stores within close proximity to each other in order to preserve the territorial integrity of our current retail partners who routinely order from us. We accept new stores within the same zip code as another retail partner on a case by case basis. You can view a list of our current stockists here.
